He isn't too terribly hard to solo as a bear in decent raid gear, I'm pretty sure I soloed him before Ulduar was out. You
just have to take out them adds in the right order and in decent time. And then you can heal yourself if need be when he vanishes(after the adds are down), just try not to get caught of form....I'm pretty sure It only took me two attempts to get him.
That does remind me, I need to get back in there and try to solo more of it, I got stuck at the opera event, damn big bad wolf.....too much time running as a little girl.
But as far as soloing Kara goes, Midnight is an easy one to solo and Maiden is even easier to solo.-Bear Tank - yourself a decent prot pally(naxx10 gear will do) they should easily be able to solo Moroes for you.-Valendil - Malfurion - NE Rogue

Qesla - Malfurion - NE PriestBoth will need to be well geared for that. Me (feral, hybrid spec) and my wife (holy priest) duoed it every week and it wasn't especially easy.
The healing part was not difficult, it's more about dealing with the adds that heal or CC.
Best way to know is to try though ;)
Attumen is totally soloable for a bear though. Easy, even with 5-man/naxx10 gear like I have.
